What You’ll Do
- Provide second-line expertise for escalated medical inquiries and literature searches
- Write custom responses and maintain standard FAQs and response documents
- Review promotional and medical materials for scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Analyze inquiry trends and contribute to reports and process improvements
- Support cross-functional teams with medical/scientific insights
- Attend medical/scientific congresses and provide support at booths
- Stay current on legislation, competitive environment, and emerging publications
- Contribute to special medical services projects as assigned
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or scientific discipline + 3+ years’ experience in medical information/review (pharma industry)
- Strong knowledge of medical information systems, pharma codes, and regulations
- Skilled in literature interpretation, content accuracy, and drug information communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
Preferred
- Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, Master’s)
- Experience in rare/orphan disease research
