Schedule
- Fully remote
- Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Pay: $13.50–$16.50/hour
What You’ll Do
- Recover medical debt while maintaining strong customer service, integrity, and professionalism
- Manage assigned account inventory with consistent effort and attention to detail
- Follow company policies and comply with local, state, and federal regulations
- Maintain productivity standards across assigned accounts
- Work an auto-dialer for the full shift, handling continuous inbound and outbound calls
- Document all collection activity and respond to verbal and written inquiries promptly
- Drive maximum recovery of delinquent accounts within compliance standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What You Need
- 1 year of collections experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to stay composed in difficult conversations
- Typing speed of 30 WPM and accurate documentation skills
- Ability to respond quickly and accurately to verbal and written communication
- Comfort working at a computer and on the phone for a full shift in a high-volume environment
