Schedule
- Fully remote
- Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day
- Pay range: $13.50 – $16.50 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Recover medical debt while ensuring quality service, professionalism, and integrity
- Manage assigned account inventory efficiently and meet productivity standards
- Make and receive continuous calls on an auto dialer during full shifts
- Document collection activity accurately and respond to inquiries promptly
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and federal/state regulations (FDCPA, HIPAA, etc.)
- Support overall productivity and compliance in all assigned accounts
What You Need
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type 30+ WPM with accurate documentation
- At least 1 year of collections experience
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Organized, dependable, and performance-driven
