Schedule
Full-time | Fully Remote | $23–$24 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and submit client funding requests for member medical claims.
- Manage payment releases to providers and vendors via check or electronic transfer.
- Reconcile transactions, record deposits, and monitor account activity.
- Communicate with clients and internal departments to resolve claim or funding discrepancies.
- Assemble and send daily or weekly funding reports for client approval.
- Process claims-related vendor fees and handle check deposits.
- Support administrative and reconciliation tasks across the finance team.
- Track and document all financial activity to ensure compliance and accuracy.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or healthcare role.
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis.
- Familiarity with MS Access a plus.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
