Responsibilities
- Assist providers with virtual clinical and administrative tasks
- Respond to patient portal messages, including medication questions and side-effect guidance
- Support nursing triage and basic patient inquiries
- Coordinate care and communication across patient and provider touchpoints
- Maintain privacy and compliance with HIPAA and clinical standards
- Provide empathetic, professional support in every patient interaction
Requirements
- 4+ years in a professional setting
- 2+ years remote professional work experience
- Strong organization, research, and scheduling skills
- Comfort managing calendars across time zones
- Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to clarify expectations and request direction when needed
- Emotional intelligence, maturity, and patient-first communication
Preferred
- Licensed healthcare professional (RN, LVN, MA) with telehealth experience
- Experience in patient care, EHR tools, and virtual care platforms
- Strong active-listening and patient-education skills
- Multistate licensure and/or bilingual skills

- Primary internet 15 Mbps+, backup 10 Mbps+
- Computer: Intel i5/Ryzen 5 or newer, 8GB RAM minimum
- Backup device capable of functioning during power disruptions
- Webcam and noise-canceling USB headset
