Schedule
Full-time, remote position based in Jackson, MS. Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. CST. No weekends. Rotational on-call once per year (on average).
What You’ll Do
- Receive and process new patient referrals from provider clients.
- Create patient charts and input relevant medical information.
- Assist Care Coordinators and Intake Coordinators with patient support needs.
- Conduct telephonic health assessments and chronic care management (CCM) calls when required.
- Maintain accuracy in documentation and meet departmental deadlines.
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused company culture that prioritizes collaboration and care quality.
What You Need
- Active Medical Assistant certification in good standing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort working in digital health systems.
- A professional and empathetic approach to patient interaction.
