Schedule
- Full-time, remote position
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST
- No weekends; rotational on-call once per year on average
What You’ll Do
- Receive and process new patient referrals, including chart creation and data entry.
- Input medical information accurately in patient records.
- Assist Care Coordinators and Intake Coordinators with patient needs.
- Complete telephonic health assessments and chronic care management (CCM) calls when required.
- Support the referral management process for high-risk patients.
- Maintain excellent documentation and contribute to a positive, team-driven culture.
What You Need
- Active and in-good-standing Medical Assistant certificate (required).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet critical deadlines.
- Comfort working with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional presence and ability to collaborate with colleagues remotely.
