Schedule
- Full-time, Remote (United States)
- Collaboration window: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST for meetings and team syncs (not a strict schedule)

What You’ll Do
- Document and update marketing processes using Center of Excellence standards and BPMN best practices
- Establish benchmarks and KPIs for marketing teams to measure the impact of process improvements
- Automate recurring marketing tasks using no-code/light automation tools (Make, Zapier, Manus)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing (all channels), Copy, Design, and Marketing Science & Education
- Partner with other CoE “realms” to share learnings and drive broader company improvements and integrations
- Support evolving scope as priorities shift (with mutual agreement)
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in marketing processes, specifically within D2C marketing
- Experience working across levels of an organization to create/update procedures that match strategy + execution
- Strong ability to work independently and adapt fast as business needs evolve
- Proven success in remote/asynchronous environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
- Experience with Salesforce, Shopify, Tableau, or Amazon
- Familiarity with PM platforms, Slack, Google Workspace, Zapier and/or Make
- Knowledge of common marketing KPIs

Compensation
- $50,000–$62,000 per year
