- Full-time position reporting to the SVP of Growth
- Standard business hours with some flexibility for cross-team collaboration across time zones
What You’ll Do
- Own and maintain the company messaging playbook across key audiences (payers, providers, and community-based organizations)
- Translate business priorities into clear pitch narratives, value propositions, and objection-handling language for revenue and growth teams
- Partner closely with Growth, Product, and Clinical leaders to ensure all materials accurately reflect operations, outcomes, and program details
- Create high-quality content including blog posts, thought leadership POVs, case studies, and executive-facing posts that strengthen Pair Team’s voice in Medicaid and whole-person care
- Manage and update website content so product pages, value props, and funnels stay current and aligned with overall strategy
- Lead development and upkeep of all marketing assets: pitch decks, one-sheets, sales collateral, templates, and client-facing materials
- Develop and produce creative for paid social and digital campaigns (static and video) using in-house and external resources
- Build scalable workflows for asset requests, version control, and distribution to Growth and Sales teams
- Own execution of webinars, newsletters, and outreach campaigns, and manage a consistent cadence of organic social content across brand and executive channels
What You Need
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, website management, and/or digital marketing
- Proven experience building marketing collateral and sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, branded assets)
- Comfort working with a CMS such as Webflow or similar platforms
- Strong experience with sales and CRM tools (ideally HubSpot) for managing marketing assets, email campaigns, and engagement tracking
- Prior experience in an early-stage startup environment with fast pace, ambiguity, and low red tape
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and on-brand content
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
- Ownership mindset and willingness to drive results across mission, business outcomes, and stakeholder experience
- Strong collaboration skills working with teams across growth, partnerships, product, clinical, and leadership
- Genuine passion for serving underserved communities and alignment with Pair Team’s mission
