This role sits on the growth marketing team and partners heavily with product and commercial teams.

What You’ll Do
- Lead go-to-market planning, product launches, positioning, and pricing strategy
- Partner cross-functionally with product and commercial teams to drive adoption and growth
- Track and analyze KPIs tied to adoption, revenue growth, and differentiation
- Build customer personas and segmentation to sharpen targeting and messaging
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to influence positioning and roadmap priorities
- Conduct competitive and market research, including win/loss sentiment analysis with sales
- Turn market insights into actionable recommendations for sales enablement and positioning
- Develop competitive battlecards, playbooks, and sales enablement materials
- Monitor industry trends, buyer behavior, and market opportunities
- Create messaging frameworks, value propositions, and differentiators across channels
- Deliver external trainings, workshops, and presentations with sales and growth marketing
- Provide insights that influence product innovation and long-term roadmap development
- Drive awareness campaigns and ensure alignment across strategy, messaging, and execution
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or a related area
- Preference for workers’ comp or product and service line-specific background
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting and messaging ownership
- Experience creating sales enablement tools and collaborating cross-functionally
- Knowledge of competitive research, customer insights, and market analysis
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working independently while staying highly collaborative
