Pair Team is a public benefit company and AI-enabled medical group improving care for Medicaid and Medicare populations through whole-person support that integrates medical, behavioral, and social care. They partner with community organizations and are building an AI platform that helps unify healthcare and public assistance systems to improve outcomes and lower avoidable emergency care.

What You’ll Do
• Own Pair Team’s messaging playbook and enforce positioning across payor, community-based organization, and provider audiences
• Turn business priorities into pitch narratives, value propositions, and objection-handling language for revenue teams
• Partner with Growth, Product, and Clinical leaders to ensure materials reflect accurate operations, outcomes, and program details
• Create high-quality content (blog posts, POVs, case studies, executive content) that builds authority in Medicaid and whole-person care
• Maintain and update the website to keep pages, funnels, and value props current and aligned
• Lead creation and upkeep of marketing assets: pitch decks, one-sheets, client collateral, templates, and sales enablement materials
• Develop advertising creative (static and video) for paid social and digital campaigns using internal and external resources
• Build a scalable workflow for asset requests, version control, customization, and distribution to Growth and Sales
• Own execution of webinars, newsletters, outreach campaigns, and a consistent organic social cadence across company and executive channels
What You Need
• 5+ years experience in content marketing, website management, and/or digital marketing
• Strong track record producing sales collateral (pitch decks, branded assets, sales enablement)
• Proficiency with a CMS (Webflow or similar)
• Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot or similar) for campaigns and engagement tracking
• Experience in an early-stage startup environment with speed, complexity, and low red tape
• Excellent writing skills and an ability to craft compelling, clear content
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects without dropping quality
• Ownership mindset and strong collaboration skills across Growth, partnerships, leadership, and internal teams
• Genuine passion for supporting underserved communities and Pair Team’s mission
