As an AI-enabled medical group for Medicaid and Medicare, they integrate shelters, food pantries, and community-based organizations into a whole-person care model that addresses medical, behavioral, and social needs. As California’s largest complex care provider, their approach has already driven major reductions in ER visits and hospitalizations, with ambitions to scale nationally and transform how the safety net works.
Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote role within the United States
- Work from home with virtual collaboration across U.S. time zones
- Reports directly to the SVP of Growth
- Occasional flexibility needed for webinars, campaigns, and launches
What You’ll Do
- Own Pair Team’s messaging playbook: define, refine, and maintain clear positioning across payor, community-based organization (CBO), and provider audiences
- Translate business priorities into sharp narratives, value propositions, and objection-handling language that empower revenue and growth teams
- Partner closely with Growth, Product, and Clinical leaders to ensure all external materials reflect accurate operations, outcomes, and program details
- Produce high-quality content including blog posts, POVs, case studies, and executive thought leadership that strengthens Pair Team’s authority in Medicaid and whole-person care
- Manage and update the website (e.g., via Webflow or similar) to keep product pages, funnels, and value props current and aligned with the marketing strategy
- Lead the creation and maintenance of marketing assets such as pitch decks, one-pagers, client collateral, templates, and sales enablement materials
- Develop creative for paid and organic channels (static, video, and variations) and work with internal and external resources to execute campaigns
- Build and manage a scalable workflow for asset requests, version control, customization, and distribution to Growth and Sales teams
- Own execution of webinars, newsletters, and outreach campaigns, and maintain a consistent cadence of organic social content across company and executive channels
What You Need
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, website management, and/or digital marketing
- Proven experience creating marketing collateral (sales materials, pitch decks, branded assets) that support revenue and partnership goals
- Proficiency with a CMS (such as Webflow or similar platforms)
- Strong knowledge of sales and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) for managing email campaigns, marketing assets, and engagement tracking
- Experience in early-stage, fast-paced startup environments with minimal red tape and a high bias for action
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to craft clear, compelling, and on-brand content
- Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ownership mindset with a focus on driving results for the mission, the business, and the end customer
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort partnering with stakeholders across growth, partnerships, network development, leadership, and people teams
- Genuine passion for Pair Team’s mission and a desire to support underserved communities
