What You’ll Do
- Develop go-to-market and pricing strategies for DME offerings
- Lead product launches, messaging, and positioning
- Build personas and segmentation models to guide strategy
- Analyze market and competitive trends, including win/loss intelligence
- Create sales enablement tools, battlecards, and playbooks
- Partner with product, sales, and growth marketing teams to drive adoption
- Provide reporting, insights, and recommendations for optimization
- Support industry education through workshops, training, and presentations
- Influence product roadmap and innovation with market insights
What You Need
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 7+ years in product marketing or GTM strategy (healthcare/workers comp experience preferred)
- Proven ability to turn data into strategic decisions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience building sales enablement assets
- Skilled in competitive research, customer insights, and market analysis
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage deadlines
- Strategic, resourceful, and action-oriented with a growth mindset
