What You’ll Do
- Develop go-to-market strategies and pricing for home health services
- Lead product launches and craft positioning that resonates with providers and payers
- Build and refine customer personas and segmentation models
- Conduct competitive and market research to shape messaging and GTM decisions
- Create sales enablement content, battlecards, and field training resources
- Track KPIs tied to adoption, revenue, and differentiation — and optimize based on insights
- Guide messaging across channels and ensure brand consistency
- Partner with product and tech on roadmap input and innovation insights
- Lead education-driven engagement through workshops and presentations
What You Need
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 7+ years in product marketing or GTM strategy (healthcare/workers comp exposure preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and experience translating insights into strategy
- Confident writer and presenter with crisp messaging style
- Experience building sales enablement tools and supporting cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinker who can simplify complex concepts into clear value stories
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
