Slick is on a mission to move the beauty industry off pen-and-paper and into modern online booking, backed by a strong customer focus (NPS 86) and partnerships with L’Oréal, Meta, and Stripe.

What You’ll Do
- Produce short-form motion and video content (15–60 seconds): product highlights, animations, paid social ads, feature-launch videos
- Design static creative for paid campaigns, landing pages, email nurtures, and upsell programs
- Partner closely with the Product Design Lead to align on style, evolve the visual language, and lean into what performs
- Turn product insights into marketing visuals that improve clarity, storytelling, and conversion
- Collaborate with Sales, Growth, and Product Marketing to iterate based on performance data
- Build and maintain a scalable marketing design system (templates, motion presets, reusable components)
- Contribute to creative strategy, brainstorming, campaigns, launches, and lifecycle initiatives
- Stay sharp on SaaS design, motion trends, social video, and performance marketing best practices
What You Need
- Strong experience as a Marketing Designer, ideally in SaaS or digital-product environments
- Portfolio showing short-form video + motion graphics, plus static ads, landing pages, and campaign assets
- Solid understanding of designing for paid social, display, email, and web and how creative affects CTR/CVR/engagement
- Ability to clearly explain your design decisions and communicate openly with teammates
- A performance-minded creative approach and comfort iterating fast using data
- Strong eye for composition, typography, color, and motion timing
- Self-directed, proactive, and energized by fast-moving work
Nice to Have
- Lifecycle marketing and customer expansion design experience
- A/B testing familiarity and data-driven design habits
- Basic HTML/CSS awareness for landing pages
- Brand systems or UI-adjacent experience
- Webflow experience

Pay
- £40,000 to £50,000 per year (based on experience, education, internal equity, etc.)
