Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S.)
- No travel required
- Salary: $65,000–$70,000 (plus up to 10% annual incentive plan)
What You’ll Do
- Manage timelines and project execution for the annual content calendar and fundraising campaigns across channels (social, web, email, direct mail)
- Coordinate with internal creative teams plus external agencies/contractors to develop core and published content (videos, photos, stories, emails, posts, mail pieces)
- Maintain process documentation and content libraries for internal/external use
- Support reporting and performance tracking
- Organize and update brand/creative resources (collateral, templates, slides, photos, videos, stories) on a quarterly and annual cadence
- Support annual fact updates and quarterly program stats updates
- Act as a central brand and creative resource hub for the organization (project managing internal team workflows)
- Serve as a website content administrator (quarterly, annual, and ongoing updates)
- Lead campaign-related website updates and support website projects tied to the annual web strategy
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, and/or fundraising
- 4+ years of relevant agency experience managing integrated marketing campaigns
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Strong English written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
- Proactive, process-minded project management style (continuous improvement and adaptability)
- Authorized to work in the country posted (precondition of employment)
