What You’ll Do
- Write compelling, on-brand copy for websites, blogs, emails, ads, collateral, and event campaigns.
- Execute from established messaging guidelines, ensuring consistency across all formats.
- Capture Steno’s voice: professional yet bold, fun, and willing to take creative risks.
- Deliver polished, publication-ready copy with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborate through feedback cycles to refine drafts into final deliverables.
- Adapt messaging for diverse audiences, including attorneys, court reporters, and paralegals.
- Meet deadlines consistently, managing your workload in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
What You Need
- 5+ years of B2B/SaaS copywriting experience with portfolio samples
- Ability to write with wit, clarity, and confidence
- Strong proofreading and fact-checking skills
- Familiarity with litigation, court reporting, or legal workflows (preferred)
- Experience working in asynchronous, remote teams
- Comfortable with feedback and collaborative iteration
- Bonus: SEO knowledge, familiarity with Asana/ClickUp/Trello, or legal-specific writing experience
