- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales + internal stakeholders
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns (organic, paid social, email) to drive engagement and leads
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and internal teams to support growth and brand initiatives
- Build and manage a content calendar with internal subject matter experts
- Track performance and optimize using Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, and related tools
- Maintain and update the corporate website in WordPress
- Coordinate with agencies and external vendors to deliver programs
- Manage inbound leads and support meeting generation/pipeline creation for Sales
- Report on full-funnel performance and recommend improvements
- Support marketing budget tracking, including invoices, contracts, and month-to-month monitoring
What You Need
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience (healthcare preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Hands-on experience with content/collateral (including Canva), email campaigns, and social best practices
- Strong analytics mindset and ability to turn data into actionable decisions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Required: Salesforce + Pardot (or comparable CRM + marketing automation)
