The Partner Program manages our referral network of brokerages and agents who provide real estate services to Redfin customers. As a Market Success Coordinator, you’ll develop the skills needed to serve as our ambassador, instilling Redfin values in our partners to ensure a positive customer experience.  This position is currently 100% remote with optional in-office environment available. Technical equipment will be provided and training will be conducted virtually.

The Role

  • Develop the skills to train and coach Partner Agents in your geographic regions, proactively guiding performance and the success of your markets
  • Serve as a mediator between the customer and partner to help resolve any issues that arise
  • Use available guidance and support to seek solutions that improve the customer experience and Partner Program
  • Ability to work in a high volume, multitasking environment, while still delivering customized, top-notch service. 

Skills & Experience

  • Real estate experience is preferred and two years of customer service experience is required.
  • Passion for real estate and knowledge of the buying/selling process and the service providers involved
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with real estate professionals
  • A client-advocate mindset, with the attitude that the customer is always right
  • Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and CRM experience required; knowledge of Zendesk, Tableau, Salesforce, and JIRA a plus

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements in Colorado, New York, New Jersey, Washington, and California.Base Pay Range: $25.60 – 38.00. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs.
