What You’ll Do
⦁ Own day-to-day operations for patient enrollment, scheduling, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth access to care
⦁ Lead and develop a distributed team (enrollment specialists, schedulers, admin coordinators) through hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
⦁ Drive cross-functional workflow improvements with clinical leadership, care coordination, and technology partners
⦁ Implement operational best practices that improve access, efficiency, and member experience
⦁ Monitor and improve KPIs such as scheduling accuracy, response times, enrollment conversion, and patient satisfaction
⦁ Use data insights to identify bottlenecks, fix them, and keep performance trending up
⦁ Build a culture of accountability, empathy, and continuous improvement across practice support functions

What You Need
⦁ 5+ years of healthcare operations experience (primary care, home-based care, or value-based care preferred)
⦁ 2+ years of people leadership managing multi-functional operational or administrative teams
⦁ Strong analytical and process improvement skills with a track record of using data to drive decisions
⦁ Ability to lead through change, ambiguity, and growth without losing the human side
⦁ Proven success managing and developing distributed teams with empathy and accountability
⦁ Patient/member-centered mindset with a commitment to improving access, experience, and outcomes
