What You’ll Do

⦁ Own the end-to-end onboarding and credentialing process for Allara’s growing network of 350+ providers across all 50 states
⦁ Ensure providers are fully credentialed, appropriately enrolled with payers, and ready to deliver care from day one based on capacity needs
⦁ Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Specialists and Coordinators, building a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance
⦁ Maintain warm, consistent relationships with providers throughout onboarding, ensuring seamless, timely transitions into care
⦁ Define and manage project priorities, timelines, and KPIs, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
⦁ Develop and maintain SOPs, QA measures, and dashboards to monitor enrollment, licensing, and compliance
⦁ Collaborate with internal stakeholders (clinical, operations, product, data) to improve workflows and data management practices
⦁ Identify, design, and implement process automations that drive efficiency and support scale

What You Need

⦁ 3+ years of healthcare operations experience, including at least 1 year in a management role
⦁ Experience managing distributed healthcare provider networks (100+ providers preferred)
⦁ Proven track record in operational analytics, KPI development, and performance management
⦁ Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills across teams and seniority levels
⦁ Background in multi-state telehealth, digital health, or virtual care operations strongly preferred
⦁ Experience with multi-state healthcare operations, provider network management, and/or onboarding software or learning management systems
