Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote (US-based)
- Up to 25% travel
What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire a team of Customer Success Advisors across the US to deliver exceptional service
- Build and execute strategies that increase adoption, retention, and satisfaction
- Serve as a trusted advisor for healthcare clients, helping optimize clinical workflows with PerfectServe’s solutions
- Strengthen long-term relationships with key customers and manage escalations
- Use customer health metrics and insights to identify risks and opportunities
- Drive continuous process improvements across Salesforce workflows, playbooks, and enablement tools
- Lead communications during service incidents, including on-call coordination and post-incident reviews
- Depending on experience, expand into team scaling, executive stakeholder management, and strategic planning
What You Need
- 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS leadership
- 2+ years of people management with a track record of coaching and developing teams
- Strong record of improving retention, adoption, and revenue growth
- Technical acumen to translate complex concepts into customer value
- Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging executives
- Knowledge of clinical workflows, healthcare communication, or LEAN methodologies
Preferred
- MBA, MSN, or advanced degree
- Experience managing multiple SaaS product lines and customer segments
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Atlassian (Confluence & Jira), and Zendesk
