What You’ll Do
- Serve as primary liaison with medical, PBM, dental, and vision carriers to strengthen data exchange partnerships
- Lead analysis of inbound claims feeds, triaging validation or quality issues using SQL and transformation logic
- Manage mapping of carrier-specific schemas into Personify’s universal data model
- Ensure accurate routing of claims data across internal platforms, analytics tools, and operational systems
- Implement strong validation, reconciliation, and quality control processes
- Monitor ingestion performance and proactively resolve discrepancies or delays
- Mentor and develop junior team members supporting claims integration
- Build documentation including business rules, file mappings, and transformation specifications
- Partner cross-functionally with Implementation, Account Management, Data Engineering, and Operations
What You Need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare data integration, claims ingestion, or payer-provider data exchange
- Deep knowledge of EDI 837, NCPDP, and coding standards (CPT, ICD, DRG)
- Advanced SQL skills for analyzing large datasets
- Experience collaborating with carriers and internal cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with ETL workflows, data warehousing, and cloud data environments (preferred)
- Strong understanding of data governance, MDM, and quality frameworks
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
