What You’ll Do

⦁ Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing all aspects of the relationship to maximize collections, minimize issues, and ensure satisfaction

⦁ Lead regular client meetings (virtual and in person) to review performance, discuss trends, and align on goals and action plans

⦁ Facilitate internal and external meetings, compile and track action items, and maintain client success documentation such as project logs and follow-up notes

⦁ Monitor workflow and operational processes using client success standards to ensure all steps are completed accurately and on time

⦁ Prepare and review reports and ad hoc analyses for both internal stakeholders and clients, using client success metrics and escalation matrices to resolve concerns

⦁ Recommend process improvements based on data review and partner with finance, HR, credentialing, and compliance when practice administration services are in place

⦁ Support and or oversee payer contract negotiations and renewals in partnership with the Managed Care team and other contracting resources

⦁ Manage or monitor client quality programs and compliance training requirements in coordination with internal subject matter experts

⦁ Mentor, support, and grow assigned Client Success colleagues, setting expectations and modeling high quality service and accountability

⦁ Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare and security regulations for yourself and your team

What You Need

⦁ High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field preferred

⦁ Three to five years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or a closely related field

⦁ Basic familiarity with medical billing and terminology and strong knowledge of RCM, accounting, and or finance

⦁ Proven leadership and management skills with experience motivating teams and setting clear expectations

⦁ Strong customer service and client-facing communication skills, with the ability to work with physicians, practice owners, administrators, and diverse stakeholders

⦁ Ability to interpret and apply state and federal laws, regulations, and company policies

⦁ Excellent presentation, problem solving, judgment, and decision-making skills

⦁ Strong time management and organizational skills with comfort in a collaborative, fast paced environment

⦁ Proficiency with Outlook and RCM or similar workflow management software
