What You’ll Do

⦁ Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing all aspects of the relationship and ensuring satisfaction and strong performance

⦁ Lead regular client meetings (virtual and in-person) to review performance metrics, address concerns, and align on goals

⦁ Review and analyze client data to monitor workflow completion, identify issues, and escalate problems using established client success standards

⦁ Prepare, review, and present client-specific reports, ad hoc analyses, and success metrics to both internal stakeholders and clients

⦁ Use a structured escalation matrix to resolve client concerns quickly and thoroughly, coordinating with internal teams as needed

⦁ Recommend process improvements based on data and trends, and collaborate with finance, HR, credentialing, and compliance when practice administration services are in play

⦁ Support payer contract negotiations and renewals alongside Managed Care and contracting resources, where applicable

⦁ Oversee client quality programs and compliance training requirements in coordination with subject matter experts

⦁ Mentor, support, and guide assigned Client Success team members to drive performance, development, and alignment with company standards

What You Need

⦁ High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field preferred

⦁ 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or a closely related field

⦁ Basic familiarity with medical billing and terminology plus working knowledge of RCM, accounting, and/or finance

⦁ Strong leadership and people management skills with experience setting expectations, providing feedback, and driving accountability

⦁ Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills with the ability to work with physicians, practice leaders, and diverse stakeholders

⦁ Proven problem-solving and judgment skills, with high attention to detail and service excellence

⦁ Ability to interpret and apply state and federal regulations, company policies, and client requirements

⦁ Strong time management and organizational skills with comfort in a collaborative, fast paced environment

⦁ Proficiency with Outlook and RCM or similar workflow management software
