Schedule

- Reports to the Credit Operations Manager
What You’ll Do
- Review client documents such as paystubs, tax returns, and identification.
- Confirm client identity using trusted data sources.
- Enter key information into systems to support application decisions.
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide updates and answer questions.
- Assist with audits, special projects, and team training initiatives.
- Share feedback to improve tools, processes, and workflows.
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
- Comfort with basic math and financial document review.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, task-focused environment.
Preferred
- Experience with credit applications or fraud prevention.
- Prior experience in finance, lending, or related customer support roles.
Salary
- $46,000 – $58,000 annually, depending on location and experience
