What You’ll Do

• Manage lender portal workflows including locking and disclosing files
• Oversee title, appraisal, and homeowner’s insurance processes
• Review borrower documents and flag issues proactively
• Determine file readiness for submission
• Identify operational bottlenecks and help build better systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows

What You Need

• 2+ years mortgage industry experience required
• Experience processing or supporting residential mortgage files
• Familiarity with locking, disclosures, and lender systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and solve problems independently
• Calm under pressure with a “no task too big or small” attitude
