Schedule
- Full-time, fully remote role within the United States

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and manage state licensing for Retail and Consumer Direct Loan Officers, Licensed Production Assistants, branches, and the company
- Support the Administration Team with day-to-day licensing operations and tracking
- Perform preliminary reviews of partner candidates with Growth Managers to confirm licensing requirements are clearly understood
- Complete and manage state license checklists and background checks through NMLS
- Track and coordinate branch and company licensing as needed
- Assist with bond coordination in states that require it
- Support NMLS Call Reports as needed by Compliance
- Validate that loan officers, production assistants, operations staff, and branches hold the appropriate licenses
- Maintain daily licensing activity tracking and reporting for leadership
- Oversee continuing education and renewal tracking
- Issue individual and branch license approvals and update Encompass accordingly
- Ensure all licensing costs are communicated to Accounting
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 2+ years of NMLS licensing experience
- Working knowledge of mortgage loan flow and state/NMLS licensing requirements
- Familiarity with Secretary of State requirements a plus
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with urgency under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Comfortable using video conferencing tools for screen-share sessions
