As a Transaction Coordinator, you’ll take a lead role in coordinating real estate deals, working with your agent partners to ensure all the details come together from contract to close. We’ll support you with in-depth training, cutting-edge tools, and a collaborative culture as you learn the ropes and grow your professional career. Your love of real estate and strong commitment to the customer experience will be key to your success in this role.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between clients, lenders, closers, appraisers, and other parties
- Answer clients’ questions and guide them through the closing process
- Use your market knowledge and our custom-designed tools to keep buyers informed about closing activities related to their home purchase
- Coordinate and schedule post-mutual appointments and events
Qualifications:

- Previous customer service experience required
- Experience in real estate or related field preferred, including processing transactions
- Experience using email, phone, and customer relationship management tools to communicate with clients and other parties
- Calm demeanor when resolving issues and communicating with agents and clients
- Excellent attention to detail
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday during core business hours
- This is a remote position, with 1–2 potential in-office days per month for team events

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements in Hawaii, Colorado, New York, New Jersey, Washington, and California.Base Pay Range: $13.90 – 18.81. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs.
