Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (must have open availability during operating hours)
- $17–$18/hour starting pay
- Weekend shifts may be required
- Paid training provided, including state licensing and exam fees
What You’ll Do
- Deliver customer service support for a leading U.S. insurance provider (no cold calling).
- Guide customers with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Navigate system tools to locate information and resolve issues.
- Complete training and pass the state licensing exam to begin servicing accounts.
- Maintain compliance with company processes and insurance regulations.
What You Need
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong customer service aptitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to think critically, stay organized, and act reliably
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace (cannot be a primary caregiver during working hours)
- Ability to study independently and successfully pass the insurance exam
- Hardwired internet connection and your own computer or tablet (cell phones not permitted for training; Kindle Fire tablets excluded)
