What You’ll Do
- Support customers for one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S.
- Navigate system tools to search for answers and customer information
- Assess situations and provide empathetic, service-oriented solutions
- Study independently to pass the state insurance exam after paid training
What You Need
- Must be 18+ years old
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience
- Hardwired high-speed internet connection
