Schedule
• Full-time remote (Central, Mountain & Pacific time zones)
• Monday–Friday shifts: 9AM–6PM or 10AM–7PM CST
• Rotating Saturday schedule every 4–6 weeks
• Mandatory paid 10-week training
• Next start dates: December 2025 & January 2026


What You’ll Do
• Support policyholders via phone, chat, and email
• Update policies, handle payments, and process refunds
• Help customers understand coverages and make confident decisions
• Partner with banks/lenders for policy verification


What You Need
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines license
• Call-center environment experience
• Home insurance experience preferred
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish is a bonus
