What You’ll Do
- Conduct clinical intake assessments and gather patient history
- Identify chronic, behavioral, and social determinants of health needs
- Maintain accurate, timely, compliant documentation
- Collaborate closely with Behavioral Health leadership
- Offer clinical input to product, ops, and cross-functional teams
- Serve as a behavioral health expert supporting patient advocates
- Help shape workflows, best practices, and future service models
What You Need
- Active, unrestricted California LCSW license (additional states strongly preferred)
- 3+ years of independent practice
- Strong understanding of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria
- Experience supporting medically and behaviorally complex patients
- Startup comfort — adaptable, proactive, and collaborative
- Willingness to iterate, give feedback, and build systems from scratch
- U.S. residency required
