We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused, self disciplined individual to join our growing Customer Happiness Team.

What you’ll be doing:
Onboard new API partners
Own CH communications with API Partners; includes creating reporting and feedback loops with product and engineering teams
Technical writer (create and maintain api documentation, collect/review code samples, FAQs, etc.)
Monitor requests for API keys
Provide Level 2 technical support
Address tech support and other customer concerns via email, social channels, and management of our Help Page
Assist Tier I Customer Care Specialists in solving basic technical problems
Coordinate communicating information on current issues to the Tier 1 Customer Care team
Investigate escalated issues by confirming the validity of the problem and seeking for known solutions related to these more complex issues
Log tickets, escalate trending issues to, and collect additional data on open tickets for/with engineering and product teams to ensure technical issues are driven to resolution

Qualifications to be successful in this role:
5+ years in customer service
3+ years in tech support
Excellent technical writing and communication skills
A comprehension of, and ability to execute, troubleshooting theory
Familiarity with code, ability to troubleshoot common errors
High Emotional IQ & high levels of professional integrity
Computer/Tablet/Smart Phone technical proficiency
A flexible schedule including on-call and weekend and evening availability
The ability to learn on the fly and adapt to change
A team-oriented, peer-positive attitude
Dedication to customer satisfaction
