Schedule
- Full-time, remote role based in the United States

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main support contact for clients and CPAs using the General Ledger Reporting Service
- Answer inbound calls and emails, and make outbound calls to troubleshoot issues and walk users through solutions
- Help clients and CPAs enter new account information into the GL Reporting Service accurately
- Support users with general payroll and related products so their accounting data stays clean and consistent
- Provide basic technical guidance on PC functions and internet workflows, including file download/edit/import/export
- Assist with common accounting software like QuickBooks, Peachtree/Sage, Creative Solutions, Datafaction, and Excel
- Translate accounting concepts for both seasoned CPAs and small business owners with limited accounting knowledge
- Manually create or prepare accounting data when systems are unavailable so clients still get what they need on time
- Log all calls and email interactions to maintain a complete record of client and CPA activity
- Participate in and help deliver training programs for new and current team members as needed
What You Need
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- 2+ years of small business accounting experience using accounting software (payroll, bank reconciliation, budgeting, cash flow monitoring, etc.)
- Comfort working with general ledger concepts and accounting terminology
- Familiarity with common accounting software (QuickBooks, Peachtree/Sage, etc.) and strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to explain accounting and technical concepts clearly to both CPAs and non-accountant users
- Strong phone, email, and customer service skills with a calm, professional presence
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a high-volume support environment
- Willingness to work mandatory overtime during peak periods
