Burlington has added an exciting new role to our Learning & Development team that will support our Field & Stores organization !

The Learning Program Manager is a critical role in the success of Burlington’s growth strategy to attract, develop and retain the best talent. This individual will serve as a single-point-of-contact subject matter expert on skills and development gaps in order to recommend and/or develop learning success tools and resources including training topics, eCourses, facilitated classroom sessions, guides, QRCs, etc. The Learning Program Manager will foster a culture of learning with a primary focus on understanding, managing and delivering holistic learning and development solutions for the field and store organization.
