Schedule
- Full-time, exempt role
- Remote within the United States (#LI-hybrid in posting; some in-person expectations may depend on location/team)
- Standard weekday business hours, with flexibility to support live virtual trainings
- Works closely with the Go-to-Market team, Admissions, and Clinical Admissions leaders
What You’ll Do
- Lead live, virtual training sessions for new hires on Admissions and Clinical Admissions teams
- Design and refine asynchronous onboarding content (e-learning modules, job aids, knowledge base resources, etc.) for scalable training
- Evaluate onboarding effectiveness using data, feedback, and stakeholder input, then iterate on programs accordingly
- Partner with leadership and subject-matter experts to keep training aligned with workflows, best practices, and evolving business needs
- Maintain and improve onboarding documentation, training manuals, and internal resources
- Support longer-term learning initiatives by identifying skill gaps and contributing to ongoing training for existing team members
- Act as a Salesforce super user: train others, troubleshoot issues, and help teammates get the most from the platform
- Contribute to building a high-performing, mission-aligned team that connects clients to care quickly and effectively
What You Need
- 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development, training, or enablement (ideally supporting sales, customer-facing, or fast-paced operational teams)
- Demonstrated ability to build and deliver engaging live and asynchronous training (slides, e-learning, job aids)
- Strong virtual facilitation skills and comfort leading remote workshops for diverse audiences
- High proficiency with Salesforce, Zoom, and Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets); LMS experience strongly preferred
- Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence without formal authority
- Strong project management, organization, and time management skills
- Able to prioritize and execute in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment
- Native-equivalent English fluency and authorization to work in the United States
