What You’ll Do
- Lead live virtual onboarding sessions for new hires across multiple care and admissions teams
- Develop e-learning modules, job aids, and resource guides to support scalable training
- Assess learning needs and refine training programs based on data and feedback
- Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts across admissions and clinical departments
- Maintain and optimize onboarding tools and documentation
- Support ongoing development and continuing education for team members
- Serve as Salesforce subject-matter expert and drive CRM adoption and best practices
What You Need
- 2+ years in L&D, enablement, or training (sales or operational environment preferred)
- Experience designing and delivering virtual and asynchronous training content
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Zoom, and Google Workspace; LMS experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- US work authorization
Benefits
- Base salary $62,000 – $70,000/year
- Performance-based bonus potential (up to $77,000 total cash comp)
