Supervises: N/A

Location: Remote within the US

             Headquartered: 100 Stonewall Blvd, Ste 3, Wrentham, MA 02093

Work Environment: Remote position requiring a stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Hours: Monday & Tuesday 9am – 5pm / Wednesday & Thursday 11:30 am – 5:00 pm (Part-time position)

Career Level: Entry level

Wage: Hourly $20/hour

Job Summary: As a Leader Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer support services within the back-to-school industry. Your responsibilities will include processing orders and payments, providing technical assistance for software programs, managing billing inquiries, and offering guidance on parent group issues. You will also promote PTO Today resources and services while maintaining accurate records and databases.

Responsibilities

Order Processing and Billing:

Process new orders, renewals, and payments for various PTO Today products, such as insurance, software, expos, Plus memberships, and toolkits.
Manage special insurance requirements for districts and handle liquor liability issues.
Address event requests related to PTO Live Expos and Learning Lounge webinar sessions.

Technical Support:

· Provide technical assistance for the Finance Manager online accounting software program.

· Assist customers with accounting troubleshooting as needed.

Customer Support:

· Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls, offering guidance on parent group issues and recommend relevant PTO Today resources and services.

· Answer questions related to PTO Live Expos and Learning Lounge webinar sessions, providing information on schedules, topics, and registration procedures.

· Participate in PTO Live Expos and Learning Lounge webinar sessions as required, contributing to discussions and providing support during live events.

Event Participation:

· Assist in coordinating and organizing logistics for PTO Live Expos and Learning Lounge webinar sessions, participate in events when required.

· Collaborate with the events team to ensure smooth execution and participant satisfaction.

Marketing Support:

· Support general sampling and marketing initiatives to promote PTO Today products and services.

Database Management:

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and records of customer interactions, orders, and payments.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
Experience with budgeting processes and financial management.
Comfortable working with multiple systems and platforms to fulfill job responsibilities.
Exceptional customer service skills a must.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
Previous volunteer work with parent groups would be advantageous, demonstrating an understanding of their needs and challenges.
