- Serve as the main point of contact for resolving complex issues across all modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Recruitment, Performance/Talent and Learning
- Lead upgrades, patches, enhancements, and other technical projects as assigned
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities for process improvement
- Lead optimization projects to help the organization realize the full potential of Workday
- Ensure integrations are functioning and partner with functional users to resolve issues
- Ability to generate complex reports and analytics
- Partner with business leaders to support business objectives and plans by providing meaningful data to ensure the organization, capabilities and culture align to drive business results
- Maintain awareness of current HRIS trends with a focus on developing Workday, service delivery and support
- Work in an extremely fast-paced environment, managing conflicting demands, prioritizing projects while demonstrating a positive, “can-do” attitude
- Build positive and influential relationships and partnerships with managers as well as employees
Minimum Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years Workday HCM experience as a hands-on System Administrator
- 3+ years of experience with Workday HCM implementation and/or optimization engagements
- 3+ years of HR technology experience in a large organization (1000+ employees) with an increasingly complex business environment
- Knowledge of general business processes and how data and software applications support them
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link strategy with HR solutions
