We are seeking a Lead, Product Engagement Specialist to join our AI Platform team at JLL. In this role, you will accelerate awareness and adoption of JLL’s cutting-edge AI platform, bringing the future of real estate into the present. You will also create compelling content that empowers our sales teams and fuels business development across JLL. Collaborating closely with the AI Platform team, you will create and refine productized assets and channel strategies targeted at both wide audiences and specific groups. To be successful, you must combine a deep understanding of AI technology with the ability to translate complex ideas into impactful internal awareness campaigns and messages. Measures of success in this role will be product adoption velocity, material engagement, and training effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Develop, operationalize, and rollout product engagement assets, training, and communication campaigns for AI products.
- Leverage user segmentation methodologies and analytics tools to understand and analyze user groups for effective planning and partnered execution of user reengagement campaigns.
- Craft and refine product content, such as product and feature updates and AI Platform announcements and newsletters, ensuring clear and compelling messaging that resonates with the target audience.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their specific needs and create tailored content to drive adoption among targeted user groups.
- Develop marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, white papers, and sales enablement materials that articulate the value proposition of our AI products.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing and communication teams to ensure consistent messaging across internal channels and campaigns.
- Develop and rollout user engagement communities, through which collateral and communications can be tailored and funnelled.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our AI tools, continuously updating collateral and the marketing approach as the use of our technology evolves.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field or 6+ years of equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in product marketing or product engagement.
- Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear and compelling marketing messages.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong analytical and research skills to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and sales professionals.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in related field
- Prior experience in Product Engagement experience in technology/software
Estimated total compensation for this position:100,000.00 – 140,000.00 USD per year
