Schedule

- Cross-functional collaboration with HR, Clinical, Recruiting, Credentialing, and Ops
- High-volume, fast-moving environment
- Oversees 7 direct reports
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale HR clinical compliance operations across the organization
- Oversee personnel file creation and maintenance for clinical staff
- Drive efficient onboarding and ongoing compliance for thousands of employees
- Manage background checks, fingerprints, license checks, immunization and health documentation
- Ensure documentation of training, orientation, competency checks, and performance reviews
- Conduct file audits for accuracy, timeliness, and regulations adherence
- Build, optimize, and automate compliance workflows and back-office processes
- Serve as internal expert on regulatory and accreditation requirements (state + Joint Commission)
- Develop and enforce compliance policies and standards
- Provide compliance education to internal teams
- Manage vendor relationships (background check, occupational health, etc.)
- Resolve escalations with discretion and accuracy
- Maintain strict confidentiality for sensitive personnel data
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s in healthcare preferred)
- 3+ years people-management experience (3+ direct reports)
- HR experience in healthcare strongly preferred
- Experience in regulatory/compliance functions; TJC or CARF experience preferred
- Strong project management and workflow-building skills
- Ability to optimize systems and lead through scale and complexity
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and process-improvement ability
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; native or bilingual English proficiency
Benefits
- Target base compensation: $70,000 – $100,000
- Potential total cash: $74,000 – $105,000 with performance bonus
