Schedule
- Remote role based in MX or LATAM
- 20–40 hours per week
- Consistent availability for email, phone, and messaging follow-ups
What You’ll Do
- Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Source qualified sales leads across social media, referrals, events, and online channels
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to manage and nurture leads
- Maintain and update CRM systems accurately
- Follow up with prospects through email, SMS, and phone
- Research market trends, customer needs, and best practices
- Develop lead qualification criteria and track conversion metrics
- Complete additional tasks as needed
What You Need
- 1+ year of experience in lead generation or appointment setting for international clients
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive attitude
- Experience with CRMs, cloud tools, desktop sharing, and lead-gen platforms
- Proficiency with MS Office, spreadsheets, and online scheduling tools
- Tech-savvy with strong phone, email, and messaging abilities
