What You’ll Do
⦁ Research markets and industries to identify potential customers and opportunities
⦁ Source and qualify leads using online research, networking, and digital channels
⦁ Collaborate with marketing to support targeted lead generation campaigns
⦁ Use social platforms and digital tools to attract and engage potential clients
⦁ Conduct cold calling and personalized outreach to initiate early-stage conversations
⦁ Communicate the value proposition clearly and confidently to prospects
⦁ Track lead activity and pipeline movement inside a CRM and lead management tools
⦁ Analyze results of lead gen efforts and create regular performance reports
⦁ Work closely with sales and marketing to align on goals, feedback, and lead quality improvements

What You Need
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
⦁ Experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar role
⦁ Strong written and verbal communication skills
⦁ Comfort using CRMs and lead management tools
⦁ Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of hitting targets
⦁ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
⦁ Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with a team
⦁ Organized, detail-oriented approach to managing leads and data
⦁ Familiarity with B2B sales processes and customer personas
⦁ Adaptability and willingness to test new lead gen approaches
