Schedule
- Contract position (1099)
- Remote, must be based in the United States
- 20+ hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (with flexibility to support client needs)
Responsibilities
- Research and build a robust database of qualified leads
- Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, direct message, and mail
- Schedule and coordinate sales calls for client sales teams
- Qualify leads based on business goals and industry alignment
- Track, analyze, and report on lead generation campaign performance
- Draft and optimize sales emails and outreach templates
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and strategies for effective lead generation
- Provide high-quality administrative and CRM support to clients
- Maintain communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and confidentiality
Requirements
- Must reside and be authorized to work in the U.S.
- 2+ years of proven lead generation experience
- 2+ years of experience working virtually/remotely
- Strong background in sales or marketing is a plus
- Experience generating leads across multiple channels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in cold calling and prospect outreach
- Strong organizational, project, and time management skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, G Suite, CRM software, and scheduling tools (preferred)
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and detail-oriented
