• Remote (United States)
• Shift-based schedule (specific shifts selected during application)
• Full-time, exempt role (per Charlie Health benefits structure)
• Not available in: AK, CA, CO, CT, ME, MA, MN, NJ, NY, OR, WA (state), Washington DC
• Base pay range: $75,000–$86,000 plus target performance-based bonus (based on location/experience/internal equity)
What You’ll Do
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients, families, and referral sources
• Lead and coach a team of 6+ Admissions Coordinators to meet or exceed performance goals
• Coordinate team schedules and workload distribution for smooth daily operations
• Build trust quickly, gather demographics/presenting problems/treatment history, and guide families through next steps
• Explain financial policies, payment options, and potential assistance programs clearly and compassionately
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including consents and insurance info
• Partner with internal teams to hit KPIs like time-to-admission and client satisfaction
• Ensure consistent follow-up and communication that advances clients into the program
• Confidently “pitch” Charlie Health’s clinical model and mission in a way families can understand and feel
What You Need
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1–2+ years leading or mentoring admissions and/or sales teams
• 1–2+ years sales experience (healthcare admissions is a strong plus)
• Salesforce experience
• Comfort working fast, multitasking, and managing high-volume pipelines
• Familiarity with HIPAA (plus)
• Experience with adolescents/young adults in a mental health context (plus)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
