Responsibilities
- Coordinate labor requests and schedule A/V crew for events
- Communicate job details between clients and crew
- Review and update event timecards within 24 hours
- Serve as first point of contact during on-call hours
- Coordinate and approve crew travel when needed
- Provide general operational support as assigned
Requirements
- Understanding of live corporate event staffing and A/V roles (audio, lighting, video, stage crew, etc.)
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
- Ability to learn scheduling tools (Lasso or similar)
- Solid problem-solving and math skills
- High emotional intelligence and proactive mindset
Preferred
- Experience in A/V or live events
- Familiarity with Lasso event management software

- 15 Mbps primary / 10 Mbps backup internet
- Computer: i5 / 8GB RAM minimum (i3 backup)
