The Jr. Creative Project Manager will work closely with the Project Manager to support all requests of this agency’s creative, digital, media and content team members across the company’s  brands. The Jr. Creative PM will you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of creative projects across the in-house agency. You will collaborate with cross function partners to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring that our clients’ needs are met consistently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management:

Oversee the day-to-day management of creative projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Manage global special projects, attending weekly meetings, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Utilize project management software, such as InMotionNow, to streamline workflows and track project status.

Team Coordination:
Serve as a liaison between the creative team, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Provide support to project managers when needed, including backfilling during absences or periods of high workload.

Asset Management:
Partner with the Teams to ensure efficient global sharing of artwork.

Qualifications
Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in creative project management, or trafficking within a creative environment.
Agency Experience Preferred or working in-house on multiple brands
Must have experience working in Monday.com

Skills:
Strong understanding of print design, video, and photography/retouching processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38-$40 per/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable).
