The Jr Associate, Live Operations Support is responsible for supporting the strategic partnership management and catering teams for the Outpost and Catering lines of business. This person will be responsible for solving daily live operations issues that come up, working both externally and internally. This is a remote, part time role (9am – 3pm ET).
Outpost is a batch delivery program of customized meals, dropped off in your workplace at the same time daily while Catering is best for delivery of large quantities and on an as-needed basis with more flexible delivery times.
What You’ll Do
- Work cross-functionally with the logistics and customer experience teams to support live Outpost accounts with their daily orders.
- Communicate with external partners on the status of their daily Outpost deliveries – partners will reach out about missing orders, delivery status, missing ingredients, blocked orders and your goal will be to respond in a timely manner and provide great service to our accounts.
- Alert Strategic Partnership Managers of key Outpost account issues that impacted their accounts. Create a daily report of what happened that day.
- Facilitate communication on store closures (ex: snow, fleetwide issues) to Outpost and Catering accounts and guests who have placed orders.
- Alert Catering marketplaces about anticipated order changes, cancellations, delays, store closures and other events impacting a catering order.
- Work cross-functionally with the logistics and ezCater teams to support live catering issues.
What You’ll Focus On
- Live Operations: Work in partnership with the logistics team in real time to report issues with Outpost deliveries and catering order issues.
- Operational Strategy: Work in partnership with the strategic partnership, catering and live operations teams to solve continued logistical issues.
- Account Health: Monitor account health by leveraging Salesforce, Slack, and other platforms, on a daily basis to communicate with the team and keep accurate and updated account information.

Starting salary range based on experience
$20—$24 USD
