As a iPay Call Center Representatives (CCC) at Jack Henry, you will be the front line of customer support for our core banking and credit union products and services. Your role will be to provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and chat to resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide product training. You will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions, providing feedback to the product development team, and identifying opportunities to improve our customer support processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, and teamwork skills. As A Product Support Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our products and services.
